Mike Gusick chose real estate to get back to helping people one on one. When he first started in the technology world in customer service years ago, he was able to leave work each day knowing that he made someone else's day a little better. As he advanced positions and moved further away from that, Mike wanted to apply his customer service savvy, passion for helping others and keen problem solving skills in a career he'd find most rewarding – real estate.

Mike enjoys sitting down with people face to face to listen and explain the current market in a way they'll understand. Digital communication is always an option for clients with tight time restrictions, and Mike is happy to work in any method you prefer.

Having bought and sold numerous homes in the Seattle area and in Montana, Mike intimately understands the real estate process and can relate to the emotional and financial implications involved. He has lived in Seattle since 1999, residing on the Eastside the entire time, so he knows the market and individual neighborhoods of interest well. Originally from Billings, Montana, Mike graduated from Carroll College in Helena, Montana with a degree in Sociology. He enjoys outdoor activities, snowboarding, fishing and hiking, continues to play basketball even though his wife worries he is getting too old for it, and is a devout supporter of cancer research.
